The training session is aimed at current and prospective GMTS Programme and Placement Managers to provide an insight to the Graduate Management Training Scheme and help effectively support and develop their trainees during placement. The session will cover the journey of the trainee and the roles and expectations of the Programme and Placement Managers as well as basics such as how to use the online trainee management tool GENI.
