Supporting the delivery of NHS Long Term Plan and We are the NHS: Our People Plan across the South West region, we provide an evolving portfolio of events and activities to supplement the constant learning and stretch that comes with working environments, teams, cultures and the circumstances they create. The development opportunities we make available are purposefully designed with underpinning themes of recovery and renewal, culture and change, and integration. The events are intended to be an outlet to pause, reflect and make sense of the world to inform and shape what happens next.
